NMP is a certified Minority Business Enterprise headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland and specializing in the field of water resources engineering. Established in 2002 by Navrang Patel, the firm has grown to a staff of 15, including 8 registered professional engineers and 4 engineers-in-training.

While NMP began by providing expedited sediment and stormwater review services for state/federal projects at the Maryland Department of the Environment, the firm has since expanded to provide review, design, management and inspection for a variety water resources projects.
